A date may only be considered reserved once a deposit has been cashed by Peter Seaman. Until that point dates cannot be guaranteed. Any deposit received for a date which is no longer available will be returned to the sender with no further liability on either party.

The cost of travel is included, to within a 50 mile radius of the editing studio. If your event falls outside this distance then we shall inform you of any additional charges at the time of quotation.

DVD’s are produced to good commercial standards using modern digital technology, and are produced on DVD-R or DVD+R if preferable, and are edited using non-linear editing equipment.

Unless otherwise agreed all filming uses a single camera. Additional audio recording may be used where appropriate at the discretion of Cherished Moments DVD and by agreement with the church or registrar.

Copyright clearance of any stills submitted to Cherished Moments DVD for scanning is the responsibility of the submitter.

Copyright clearance of any music submitted to Cherished Moments DVD or requested for inclusion in the video is the responsibility of the submitter.

The Additional cost of this license is approximately £37.63 and is in addition to any charges made by

Cherished Moments DVD.

In the unfortunate event of your wedding being cancelled please notify us as soon as possible

We use good quality and well maintained equipment. However, any loss of material or software (i.e. video and/or audio of the event) is limited to the cost of the media alone. No consequential loss is accepted by Cherished Moments DVD or Peter Seaman.

Any changes to the date or venue should be notified to Cherished Moments DVD as soon as possible. Depending on the changes there may be additional charges which will be advised before any variation is agreed or accepted.

We keep a master copy of your movie in our archives for up to 1 year. You may order additional copies within this period as required. If you wish to order additional copies after 1 year we cannot guarantee that the master will be available.

These terms and conditions should be attached to your booking form and kept in a safe place, They form part of your contract.

Any problems or disputes should be notified immediately in writing to Peter Seaman at 115 Campden Crescent, Dagenham, Essex RM8 2SB

By Accepting this agreement I hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, and agree this is a contract between Cherished Moments DVD and me.
